On the threshold of a New Year, I’m very delighted to have this opportunity to extend my heartfelt felicitation to all readers of the ‘Seoul City’ Magazine.

I hope that cordial relations of more than thousand years of history between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Korea will be out of doldrums and to witness entering of a new period of prosperity in overall bilateral relations between our two countries, in year 2023.

It is also my sincere hope that people of Iran will have access to frozen assets of Korean banks to purchase medicine and humanitarian items.

Lastly, whilst hoping the close ties between Iran and Korea will prosper in the year 2023, I send my very best wishes for hopeful, happiest and blessed New Year to the respectful readers and Korean nationals.
