Let me start by wishing you a happy New Year 2023.

I would like to congratulate people and government of the Republic of Korea on the occasion of New Year and wish everybody and their families' happiness, prosperity, peaceful and safe life, as well as realization of dreams and goals.

I wish that all your expectations come true in the coming year and hope that this year will bring happiness to our countries and nations. It has become a kind tradition to sum up the events of the outgoing year on the New Year, as well as to evaluate achievements based on the existing experience make future plans with optimism, hope and faith. 2022, has been a significant historical time period for the Republic of Korea as the 72th Anniversary of the Korea independence and implement successful, free and transparency two election one is presidential and second is local election add to great achievements that Korean people had completed in democracy, economy and security.

I wish President Yoon's administration success in achieving the aspirations of the Korean people for progress and prosperity in all economic and political arenas, and for peace, security and stability to prevail on the Korean Peninsula.
