Venue: Swiss Hanok (Embassy of Switzerland in the Republic of Korea), Seoul

The Embassy of Switzerland in the Republic of Korea hosted the ‘K House Re-Think Hanok’ symposium organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Hanok Policy Division. The symposium explored values of Hanok and the future of Korean housing found in the contemporary hanok (traditional Korean architecture). Leading architects, urban planners and professors in Korea participated in the discussion following a keynote presentation by Nicolas Vaucher, Partner at Burckhardt+Partner AG, who designed the Swiss Hanok.
