Research Papers in all fields of Eurasian Turkic Studies.

The Journal of Eurasian Turkic Studies (JETS) is a peer-reviewed academic e-journal and published biannually in English by the Institute for Eurasian Turkic Studies at Dongduk Women’s University, located in Seoul, Korea. Research paper submission by anyone in whole world is welcome at any time. 

Aims & Scope

The Journal of Eurasian Turkic Studies (JETS) is published biannually on 30 June, 31 December (founded in 2016) by the Institute for Eurasian Turkic Studies at Dongduk Women’s University. 
The JETS always welcomes Research articles in all fields of Eurasian Turkic Studies. In addition, introduction of (a) primary source(s) on Eurasian Turkic Studies may also be submitted.  
Its main concern is to showcase research articles not limited to, history, art, literature, linguistics, philosophy, philology, culture, and anthropology, insofar as it is deemed to be of interest to those who pursue the study of Turkic world. We would like to encourage submissions that cross the traditional disciplinary boundaries. The JETS strives to stimulate dialogue and promote the exchange of ideas, theories, and perspectives among Turkic Studies in Eurasia.

Submission Guidelines

Articles can be submitted in the language preferred by the authors, such as Turkish, Russian, Uzbek or Kazakh. However, all abstracts must be written in English. After peer-review, authors should resubmit the manuscript by translating the original texts into English. (Articles whose final version is not submitted in English cannot be published). Articles must be at least 4000 words (10 pages) and must be written in APA format and comply with the JETS article writing guide. * Papers will be received anytime and processed as promptly as possible.  All papers should be submitted by email to  eurturc@gmail.com  as an attachment in MS Word document (.doc/.docx) format.
** Papers submitted to the JETS must be unpublished original work of the author(s) and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any fact of external support for the research or its earlier presentation/publication must be acknowledged.
*** Each submission will be sent to two or three reviewers. The reviews will be forwarded to the authors, who will then have an opportunity to make revisions if warranted. In addition The author is obliged to review the final article and resubmit it to the journal after the English translation of the article.
**** The JETS does not charge contributors any expenses for publication or peer-reviews.
