Samsung Electronics has started accepting pre-orders for Galaxy S21 series in the U.S. This is an unusual move when the official unpack schedule has not been announced.

Samsung Electronics has opened a page to receive reservations for Galaxy S21 on its mobile shopping app 'Shop Samsung' and Samsung dotcom in the U.S. If you register your name, address, and contact information, you will receive a notification message when you can pre-order and also provide credit for purchasing accessories worth $ 60.

If you return a smartphone that you are currently using, you will be rewarded up to $700 (trade-in). Samsung Electronics also supports compensation sales of products with damaged screens for up to 550 dollars.

Samsung Electronics is going to hold an unpack event in the first half of the year on January 14 (local time) and introduce Galaxy S21 series. Global release date is 29th. In Korea, reservations will be received for a week from the 15th and will be opened in advance on the 22nd.

The Galaxy S21 series consists of three types, plus and ultra, just like its predecessor. Top model Galaxy S21 Ultra is going to support S Pen for the first time in Galaxy S product line. It is equipped with high-performance quad cameras and 3D depth measurement sensors at the back.

It is heard that basic Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 Plus will reduce the price burden and increase accessibility of flagship models to flagship models. South Korean mobile carrier Aa is also adjusting its store price to a lower price compared to its predecessor.

Depending on regions, mobile application processors will be equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 or Samsung Electronics' Exynos 2100. It is highly likely that chargers will be excluded from basic components of packages.
