NH Investment & Securities will join hands with Kakao Entertainment to apply artificial intelligence to all securities businesses. NH Investment & Securities will not only improve its business system, but also innovate the way it works by incorporating Kakao's culture of 'publicity, sharing and communication'.

NH Investment & Securities said it signed a "strategic agreement" with Kakao Entertainment on the 27th at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul. The signing ceremony was attended by Chung Young-chae, CEO of NH Investment & Securities Co., and Baek Sang-yup, CEO of Kakao Entertainment.

Kakao Enterprise was launched by 'AI Lab' of Kakao in December of last year and is an artificial intelligence-based platform and solution development company. According to the MOU, NH Investment & Securities Co. plans to reflect AI in its work to communicate with executives and employees and support customer service. This is through synergy with Kakao Enterprise's AI technology such as voice recognition and text analysis.

The two companies are also planning to work together in Cloud, big data management and analysis solutions, and AI-based enterprise software (SaS). NH Investment & Securities' goal is to create more innovative digital customer services by embracing Kakao Enterprise's AI technology and young and creative culture. NH Investment & Securities plans to digitalize in-house communication channels by utilizing the corporate messenger platform being developed by Kakao Enterprise. It will help employees communicate effectively and develop expansion functions in conjunction with existing business systems.
