A Celebration of 30 Years of Egypt-Korea Cultural Relations

As part of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic and cultural ties between Egypt and Korea, renowned international Egyptian artist Dina Fahmy El Rouby has been invited to present her unique solo exhibition entitled From Nile to Han. This milestone event will be hosted at the Egyptian Embassy in Seoul under the auspices of His Excellency Mr. Khaled Abdel Rahman, whose initiative in bringing this exhibition to life stands as a testament to his commitment to strengthening cultural bonds between the two nations.

About the Exhibition
From Nile to Han features over 45 artworks by Dina Fahmy El Rouby, traversing the artist’s stages as a conceptual artist who merges Egyptian and Korean heritage through evocative symbols, calligraphy, and cultural narratives. The exhibition reflects on the profound dialogue between these two ancient civilizations, seamlessly weaving the timeless essence of Egypt and the dynamic energy of Korea.

El Rouby’s innovative use of augmented reality brings a contemporary lens to this cultural fusion, offering immersive experiences that invite viewers to become active participants in the artistic journey. This technological integration underscores her dedication to pushing artistic boundaries and embracing new modes of expression.
