Honorable Chairperson Zahng Gil-Jah,
Your Excellencies Ambassadors and members of the Diplomatic Corps,
Dear Members of the International WeLoveU Foundation,
Distinguished guests,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good Evening!
Anyong Haseyo!
My name is Sylvestre KOUASSI BILE, Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to the Republic of Korea, and I am very happy to be here tonight.
It is indeed my great priviledge to attend the New Life Concert, especially during this month of December, a time which is the indication of the end of the year and the announcement of a year to come. It is, therefore, a pleasure to be here among wonderful people who cherish and value life, and who are willingly sharing love with their neighbors.
On this happy occasion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Zahng Gil-Jah, Chairperson of the International WeLoveU Foundation, for her untiring effort in planting love and happiness in the heart of all her neighbors, and for hosting this Concert.

Distinguished Guests, I would like to thank you all for your massive presence which makes the event much more enjoyable.
Today, as we look back on the past 20 years of the New Life Concert, we can proudly congratulate ourselves on the achievements and developments made by WeloveU! After watching the 20th anniversary video, I can tell that WeLoveU is a growing and grooving Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
But, to achieve this stunning growth, there have been enormous sacrifices.
Countries, companies and individual people have experienced numerous situations in the growing process which were both joyful and challenging.
As you know, behind every successful invention, there are thousand situations of failure. So I believe that there was a sacrificial love behind the success and growth of WeLoveU Foundation.
I am both touched and inspired by the motto of the WeLoveU which allowed the Foundation to achieve its growth. The motto is that we can build a happy future by overcoming big and small hardships together. In Africa, we have a proverb which says that “if you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together”. We can therefore accomplish a sustainable development when we work together as a group, not alone.
Here, I want to pay my respect to WeLoveU Foundation for contributing to the welfare of both present and future generations. I expect today’s Concert to serve as a channel to deliver practical support to the underprivileged, disaster victims, refugees and displaced people in 19 countries.

I hope that the support projects which the WeLoveU Foundation is planning to launch for the first time in a West African country, Côte d'Ivoire, my country, will be successfully fulfilled.
Lastly, I do hope more and more people, around the globe, will actively support and help their neighbors in need. By doing so, they will pay closer attention to how we can realize an inclusive society that cherishes a mother’s generous tenderness.
Thank you.
Kamsa Hapnida.
Please enjoy the concert.
