Travel Kazakhstan: Explore Hidden Treasures

The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Seoul will present “Travel Kazakhstan” on December 3. This captivating travel guidebook is authored by the Korean writer, Mr. Seo Byung-yong, who has explored Kazakhstan’s most promising regions and its stunning destinations.

"Travel Kazakhstan” unveils the depth of Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage, history, and emerging tourism appeal, guiding Korean travelers toward a land of vast and undiscovered treasures.

The presentation aims to bring Kazakhstan and Korea closer. It will begin with welcoming remarks by H.E. Nurgali Arystanov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan. After that, Mr. Seo will speak about the making of the book. He will tell what he saw on the road and what he learned from the people he met.

There will be a Q&A session. Guests may speak with the author and receive his signature on their books. A cultural performance will offer a small glimpse into the spirit of the land. Participants will enjoy a coffee break and a chance to make new connections.

The Embassy hopes "Travel Kazakhstan" will lead many Korean travelers to the country’s broad steppe, its quiet strength, and its striking cities.

The event will take place on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Garnet Suite on the 37th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul, 30 Eulji-ro, Jung-gu.
