Son Tae-jeon Appointed as Sponsorship Chair of Mirae Asset Masters Academy
Officially appointed Director of the Carbon Bank Training Center
Son Tae-jeon, CEO of Value Asset Green Co., has been appointed as the Sponsorship Chair of the upcoming Mirae Asset Masters Academy, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 9, at the Mirae Asset Securities WM Gangnam Finance Center. This appointment recognizes his contributions to spreading a culture of sound investment and building platforms for talent-sharing. As part of the event’s art seminar, she will also participate in a cultural performance.
“One who chooses existence, governs time.”
Son Tae-jeon is best described as a pilgrim of non-possession and simplicity. She lives by the principle of "Empty-handed we come, empty-handed we go", a phrase that resonates deeply with both biblical spirituality and philosophical insight into the limitations of material ownership. Rather than living to possess, she has chosen a life that shines through pure existence.
Just as Renaissance art reawakened the human and natural realms beyond the theocentric worldview of the Middle Ages, Son reinterprets the essence of life through her own philosophical lens. While Velázquez's "Las Meninas" offered a noble and conceptual enjoyment of royal life, Son chooses to illuminate the intimate emotion of jeong (Korean empathy) and live through the principles of karma and reincarnation with radical sincerity.
The roots of conceptual art can be traced to Marcel Duchamp, who in 1913 asserted that an artist’s role lies in the act of selection—this concept became the cornerstone of conceptualism. In 1917, Duchamp’s "Fountain", a ready-made urinal, provoked radical redefinitions of art. In comparison, Son Tae-jeon's own “Fountain”—her signature wellness water-based cosmetics—transcends materialism. Her formulations offer a philosophy of healing, where the skin is purified, and the spirit is refreshed through the aesthetic of health and harmony.
Son Tae-jeon is a polymath—writer, philosopher, poet, lyricist, composer, fashion model, tango dancer, culinary innovator, skincare formulator, and developer of original technologies. She breaks boundaries between art and business through a creative approach rooted in postmodernism, proposing a new paradigm where art, wellness, and enterprise converge.
“Who am I? Why do we exist? What value does our existence create?”
Son lives as an answer to these essential questions, guided by philosophical reflection, theological conviction, artistic sensitivity, and practical time management strategies. In a society obsessed with ownership, She grounds his life in the essence of being. She is both a philosopher and a practitioner who brings his beliefs to life through action.
As a modern-day entrepreneur and patron of culture and philosophy, Son blends Renaissance ideals with present-day business ethics, proposing a model for sustainable, wellness-based capitalism. For him, time management is not merely about productivity, but about aligning life with core values. She champions a lifestyle where people live with clarity and intention—doing what they love, when and where they choose.
"To choose existence is to master time."
Son believes that true freedom lies in non-possession—not in denying ownership, but in using it as a tool for sharing. In this way, material wealth is transformed into spiritual and social capital, completing one’s existence through connection with others.
She has also been officially appointed Director of the Carbon Bank Training Center by the National Carbon Neutrality Practice Movement Headquarters (Korea Carbon Bank). In her words, “Carbon neutrality is no longer a choice—it is our responsibility. When businesses lead, we protect the planet for future generations.”
Son plans to lead initiatives developing carbon-reducing technologies and launching carbon-neutral beauty products while linking public awareness campaigns to daily life through scalable platforms.
“A life lived in rhythm with nature is the beginning of spiritual clarity.”
Son’s health-centered lifestyle and inner balance philosophy are deeply connected to her eco-friendly skincare and personalized nutritional therapy program She believes that understanding your body’s rhythm and living in harmony can heal the psychological imbalances of modern life, similar to the way art heals the soul.
Recognized at the 2025 Korea Consumer Awards for her contributions to the beauty industry, she also received a K-Beauty Culture Exchange Appreciation Plaque in May from ASAS (Association of Spouses of Ambassadors to Korea), represented by President Natalia Federighi (Dominican Republic) and Vice President Chaba Mabula (Tanzania).
“Art is thought. Art is sharing. Art is the language of the soul.”
Son is preparing to establish a professional foundation and asset management firm dedicated to supporting cultural and artistic endeavors. Her goal is to create sustainable systems where young professionals and artists can thrive, not just survive. She sees this as more than just charity—it’s a fusion of ethical capital and value-driven enterprise, a new experiment in compassionate capitalism.
Son’s business foundation—Health Wealth Management (HWM)—goes beyond wellness. It aims to build an ecosystem of intellectual, cultural, and spiritual capital. Her model is attracting attention as a future-forward wellness platform connecting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) with artists through high-end public capital initiatives.
"The one who walks the path of existence and governs time is named Son Tae-jeon."
She is a creator, a bridge between commerce and culture, a thinker grounded in timeless truths. She embraces the existential cycle—from nothing to something and back again—choosing to turn material into tools of generosity and existence into a legacy of meaning. Her journey over the last 30 years, marked by hardship and enlightenment, has been his blessing and transformation.
