- Korea emerges as the 3rd important market for Australia beef export abroad following Japan and US

MLA(Meat & Livestock Australia) has committed to striving further for the development of sustainable livestock raising in addition to providing healthy beef on the occasion of its activities 30th anniversary in Korea.

In a press conference held at a downtown hotel Seoul on June 18th morning, MLA president Mr. Jason Strong who was on hand to attend its press conference, introduced the efforts of Australia livestock raising which aim to achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, announcing its vision in the years ahead at the same time for the sustainable livestock raising development.

According to Strong, Australia livestock raising business circle is striving to construct sustainable livestock raising socially, environmentally, and economically with its responsibility as a business leader. In that regard, Australia livestock raising business circles set up its 4 priority practice spheres such as animal welfare, environment management, economic resilience and regional society, proclaiming the achievement of carbon neutrality by 2030.
