To mark the end of their term as Ambassadors for their countries in the republic of Korea
Diplomatic Corps in Korea hosted farewell ceremony in honor of
H.E. Jaime Pomareda Montenegro, Ambassador of Peru, H.E. Arslan
Hakan Okcal, Ambassador of Turkey, H.E. Clare Patricia Fearnley,
Ambassador of New Zeland, and H.E. Dr. Wadee Batti Hanna Al-Batti Ambassador of Iraq, to mark the end of their term as
Ambassadors for their countries in the republic of Korea.

The ceremony was attended by H.E Mohamed Alharthy,
Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, Dean of the Diplomatic
Corps in Korea, H.E. Jorge Jose ROBALLO, Ambassador to
Argentina, Treasurer of the Council of the Diplomatic Corps,
H.E. Vikran Kumar Doraiswami, Ambassador of India, Secretary
of the Council of the Diplomatic Corps, H.E. Huh Tae-wan, Director General of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs
Bureau, MOFA, and other ambassadors.
During the ceremony, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps delivered
speech praising the ambassadors efforts, friendship, achievements
and their contribution in the relation and cooperation between
Korea and their countries. Then each ambassador gave remarks
thanking the ambassadors and Diplomatic Corps, MOFA and
other governments, private sector in Korea.
At the end of the ceremony, on behalf of the Diplomatic
Corps in Korea, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps presented a
commemorative gift to the departing Ambassadors in appreciation
of their outstanding friendship and recognition of their achievements.
