Healing City Jecheon City, located in North Chungchung Province, unfolds its dream of Korean Medicine bio convergence industry.
Ahead of its 2017 International Korean Medicine Bio Industry in Jecheon, Korea which will
be held during 19 days from Sep. 22th trough Oct. 10th next year, Jecheon City hosts its
Korean Medicine Bio Fair in Jecheon 2016 from Sep. 28th until Oct. 3rd this year as a
character of its pre-Bio Expo.

Jecheon City mayor Lee Keun-kyu says on the occasion of the 2016 Jecheon Korean Medicine Bio Fair, "In a nutshell, the edge of Jecheon is that its cluster is well being equipped with natural medicinal herb's manufacturing, processing, distribution, research period, Oriental Medicine Universities and Oriental Medicine Hospitals etc."

Jecheon City has been hosting in the meanwhile Jecheon Korean Medicine Bio Fairs in 2011,
2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 to make Jecheon as a mecca city of Korean Medicine industry, but
another character's economy industry fair of B2B & B2C-oriented programs in comparison with
previous fairs in the past, is being prepared.

In order to spread the City's recreation willingness of Korean Medicine around the world which evolves into a Korean Medicine bio industry, Jecheon City mayor Lee Keun-kyu invites Excellencies, Madames, commercial counsellor & attaches from each Embassies, Seoul Diplomatic Corps., and last but not least correspondents from the Seoul Foreign Correspondents Club to the opening ceremony as well as many fam-tour programs of this year's Korean Medicine Bio Fair including Oriental Medicine Beauty experience, Semyung University Oriental Medicine Hospital visit & Korean Medicine experience programs of diverse kinds in addition to Eeurimji & Chungpoong Lake visit to commemorate the selection of Jecheon
Tourism City this year.
For reference in the case of Semyung Oriental Medicine Hospital tour, participants will be able to see firsthand the facilities of Oriental& internal medicine department, Chimgu department, Oriental Rehabilitation department etc.
